The test report showed that the additives contained almost no essential additives such as calcium, zinc, and phosphorus, and failed to meet standard requirements. One product even failed to meet viscosity standards.

Shell Hong Kong has issued a statement to remind users to avoid purchasing Helix Ultra products of unknown origin from unofficial channels. Their quality and safety cannot be guaranteed!

"Helix Ultra" products of unknown origin may lead to insufficient lubrication, resulting in increased engine wear, decreased cleaning performance, accelerated sludge and carbon buildup, and even potential engine overheating and high-temperature failure. This can range from increased fuel consumption to significantly impacting overall vehicle performance and increasing the risk of malfunctions.

We urge all customers and users to pay attention to the packaging of the new "Genuine Hong Kong" Helix Ultra and to purchase from officially authorized retailers to avoid buying counterfeit products!
