Local Delivery Policy and Fee

1) Hau Kai Hong's Local Direct Delivery Service
Whenever the order has reached the specific net amount*, Hau Kai Hong will provide free delivery service. Our customer service will contact you with telephone to decide the most suitable time slot to deliver your order.

If the order is lower than the specific net amount, customer will need to pay HKD$70 delivery fee for each order.

*Free Delivery : order's net amount higher than or equal to HKD$500  

Delivery Service is only applicable to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and places that vehicle can reach ( Offshore Islands, Frontier Closed Area, Outlying Area, Post Office Box and Mail Box are excluded). If the destination is remote area, extra delivery fee will be charged, please refer to the (appendix 1) charge table or contact 2521 8820 for enquiry.

1.1) Time of Delivery

Monday to Friday (Sunday and public holiday are excluded)

Time of Delivery: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

(The final time of delivery will be decided by Hau Kai Hong)

 1.2) Product Arrival Time

After receiving your orders, Hau Kai Hong will arrange packaging and delivery immediately. Normally, local order will be arrived in about 3-5 working days. If customers need to change the date or time of delivery, please contact us at 2521 8820 or email us on sales@haukaiong.com.hk  at least 1 working day before the original date of delivery.

 1.3) Orders that cannot be delivered

Some of the orders may be returned to us in case of using unknown address, post office box, hotel address and multiple time of no response or refuse to receive order delivery. 

Customers have the responsibility to obtain your order by yourself in 3 months, if 3 months expired, the products will be confiscated and will not be return to the customers.

Remarks:

Net amount means the total money amount of the order after the price deduction from the discounts.

All extra charges must be paid with cash once the delivery arrived (excluding delivery fee, as it need to be paid in ordering process).

According to the environment of the delivery spot, customers may need to pay extra fee for delivering upper floor.

If there are stairs before reaching the lift, an extra charge of delivering 1 upper floor will be counted if the step of staircase are more than/ equal to 5 steps. However, if the step of staircase are fewer than 4 steps, no extra fee will be charged.

2) Delivery by S.F. Express (Paid delivery fee once arrival) Suitable for orders that are lower than specific amount* and small goods

-If the order is lower than the net amount*, customers can choose S.F Express as the delivery method, and the delivery fee will need to be paid once the order arrived. Customer can choose different delivery method from S.F. Express from the website. If you want to choose S.F. Express as your delivery method, please choose "self pick-up", then use Whatsapp/ Telephone to contact our customer service to change the delivery method to S.F. Express.

-Customers need to pay all the delivery fee to S.F. Express once the receiving the delivery.

-Delivery fee charge according to S.F. Express Standard, For more information of the charge, you can visit the website of S.F. Express.

-The net weight of the products are only for reference, all products should be subject to the actual product. Delivery fee may be charged according to the volume of the products, please subject to S.F. Express Charging as final delivery fee.

-Delivery Date will be about 3-5 working days after the order placement. If there are any changes or delay, please subject to S.F. Express's arrangement.

-Hau Kai Hong will not take any responsibility for any product damaged, loss caused by changes or delay of delivery that are caused by S.F. Express.

-Delivery fee is subject to S.F. Express confirmation.

-The delivery fee of all the gift will be paid by customers.

3)   Self Pick-up

We also provide Self Pick-up service

Self Pick-up service is only available for orders that are placed on the online store

All information and photo are only for reference, all product should be subjected to the actual product.

According to the Delivery policy and arrangement, Hau Kai Hong have the right to change it without noticing. In case of any dispute, Hau Kai Hong reserve the right of final decision.

Refund Policy

-Once the order is confirmed, Hau Kai Hong will not accept any requests on changing the orders, returning or refunding, unless the quality of the product is defective.

-To ensure quality of service for all customers, all products ordered from Online Store of Hau Kai Hong, had gone through strict monitoring from production to packing process. Therefore, if customers received any defective or incomplete products,  follow-up will be perform as the processes mentioned below.

-If you received defective or incomplete product, you need to call 2521 8820 for the customer service or email our customer service department on sales@haukaihong.com.hk within 7 days from the date you received the goods (count from the date you sign for receipt). Moreover, you also need to provide us with the following information:

1. Order number
2. Invoice number
3. The product that are defective and needed to be changed
4. photos
5. Quantities
   

We will then discuss with you and after we agree the request on changing the orders, returning or refunding, the defective product need to be returned to us for examination.

-After the defective product is returned, we will perform test on it. If we find out any defect on the product, we will arrange and send a brand new identical product for you immediately.

-However, if the result of examination points out the defects of the product is created by  misusing or intendedly damaging by the customers, we will not provide free product changing and will not needed to take any responsibility.

-Please keep the original package, attachment, manual, etc. and make sure they are intact, unused when requesting on changing product.

-Hau Kai Hong have the right to refuse the product changing request if the product's appearance, attachment is missing or defective.

-Only corresponding identical product with same model number, color and size will be provided when changing the defective product.

-The photo of the product are only for reference, all products should be subject to the actual product.
